AYSEN OKABE’S NEW TRACK “SMILE” LIVES UP TO IT’S NAMESAKE

Aysen Okabe is a Canadian alt/indie rock troubadour who's crafted one of the catchiest, feel-good jingles you'll hear all year. This sublime collection of keyboard & guitar melodies, funked-out bass grooves, pulsating hi-hats, and roving tom fills, coupled with Okabe's inviting voice, was somehow all conjured while the dude was at work?! Apparently, Mr. Okabe wrote the song's hook while on a break and just keep rocking out in his head throughout the rest of his shift until, presto, the most uplifting jam of the year was born!
