CASTLE FINN’S NEW JAM “BURIED TREASURE” IS DELIGHTFUL EAR CANDY

Castle Finn is the brainchild of multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire, Patrick Murphy. This emerging jam band of his mixes the best elements of indie, alternative, psychedelic rock, and good ole' fashioned funk. Their latest single "Buried Treasure" for example, sounds like a low-fi expedition of the cosmos. Each instrument shines, especially those gorgeous basslines, hypnotic guitars and dreamy vocals. How on Earth Castle Finn manages to invoke feelings of jam bands and Motown greats at the same time…but they do. If you're bogged down in the muck of 2020, unearth this "Buried Treasure" and prepare for a delightful, sonic ride.

"Buried Treasure" is the 3rd Release by CASTLE FINN

LYRICS:
Have ya' feet got heavy from the mud upon on the Earth?
Is ya' hand still steady stealin' someone else's worth?
Holdin' a sharpened blade cuz cold seal don't fade
and neither will contents of a purse

When it's time, we all find a buried treasure somewhere deep inside a chest
I think it's under your chin, this hole time its been a buried treasure right there in your chest.

Go on and step inside. Go on and let it shine from the inside. With your own eyes for the first time.

Put that knife away in the sheath, it gets stuck right there in the honey. Go to taste it and ya' tongue might bleed. It ain't ready when it's so runny.

Do ya keep on rollin' with the moss growin' on your stone?
And if there's no wind blowin' do ya sails just cast a shadow?
Step out of the shade, cuz solid gold don't fade and get ya lock off of those chains, there's no more hands for you to claim.

When it's time, we all find a buried treasure somewhere deep inside a chest.
When it's time, I'm gonna let it fly cuz it's all feathers and it's full of helium

Go on and step inside. Go on and let it shine from the inside. With your own eyes for the first time.
