American Dream Pop vagabonds Endearments explore the space between love and fragility on their delicate new cut "Selfish". Dripping in elements of glamorous 80's pop, the new single overflows with a Bruce Springsteen level of cinematic pacing. It opens with plucky guitars that groove over retro synths and builds steam towards a rapturous bridge that can only be described as a moment of true dream pop euphoria.
In frontman Kevin Marksson's own words: "The track is about the liminal space before anyone has said 'I love you, where excitement is laced with fragility and the past still looms."
